As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol CPR Support in Westlake, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist with access control and visitor interactions. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including business offices, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, employee, and contractor entry in accordance with site-specific access control procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and report concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
